Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Glow and Nutrition, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In original packaging with all labels and seals intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and invoice (optional but recommended)

Step 2: Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

  • Return Authorization (RA) confirmation
  • Instructions for returning the product

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Ensure the product is:

  • Properly packed
  • Returned with all original packaging, labels, and seals intact

Step 4: Shipping the Return

  • If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by us
  • For all other return reasons, shipping charges will be borne by the customer

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • It undergoes an inspection within 5–7 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed and credited within 10 business days to the original payment method

Refund amounts usually reflect in your account within 2 business days after processing.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items with missing packaging or tampered seals

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange if the product meets return eligibility criteria.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • Inspection may take up to 7 business days

Once approved:

  • Replacement is processed within 2–3 business days
  • Delivery takes 3–7 working days, depending on location

If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:

  • A refund, or
  • An alternative product option

5. Return Address

Returned items must be shipped to our warehouse address below for approval:

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment
  • A full refund will be issued within 3 business days after confirmation

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • You may request a return after successful delivery

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Items with broken or tampered seals

8. Replacement Delivery Timeline

  • Replacement processed within 2–3 business days after approval
  • Delivered within 3–7 working days, based on your location
  • Order updates shared via SMS or email
